I was born in Timaru but did my schooling in Auckland and graduated at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2004. Since then I have worked in Ireland, England and now back in New Zealand. I have been published in the Australasian Spinal Research Journal on my work with Cerebral Palsy children. I have been in Christchurch since 2015.
I am an evidence based chiropractor and I specialize in treating the whole spine and muscles associated with the spine as I feel there is a lot of interconnectedness with all area's of the body. I will spend time with you and show you exercises and lifestyle changes to help you resolve your issues, manage your pain and achieve your goals.
I utilize Diversified, Gonstead and soft tissue work to achieve this. For those who are afraid of the "clicking" of the back I can use the Drop Table and/or a Percussive adjusting tool.
I get very good results with people who have the following conditions;
