If you would like to book your appointment online you may do so below. It is fast, convenient and simple to use. It uses SSL security technology so your information is completely safe.
You will receive an email confirmation upon booking and a text message reminder the day before your appointment. At the bottom of the email confirmation you have the option to cancel and/or reschedule your booking.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:If for some reason you are unable to attend your appointment please contact the clinic as soon as possible to enable me to offer that appointment to someone else. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself there is a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Otherwise please contact me and I can do it for you.
